Commonly Asked Questions
How does the free trial work?
When you activate a new account you will receive 1 phone number and 50 messages. This will give you a chance to try it before you buy it. When your messages have expired you can upgrade to one of our monthly plans.
Do you have higher volume plans?
Yes. If you will consistently exceed 5,000 messages per month contact us to discuss a customized plan.
Do monthly messages roll over?
No, at the end of your monthly billing cycle, we’ll top you back up to your monthly allocation. Any messages you don’t use from the previous month do not roll over into the next month. You can always purchase additional Anytime messages to add to your account. Anytime messages do not expire and will stay on your account balance until they’re used.
What are Anytime Messages?
Anytime messages are additional messages that you can purchase over and above your monthly allotment. Anytime messages are only consumed when your monthly message allotment has been exceeded. Anytime Messages do not expire.
Can I use my mobile phone number?
No, you won't be able to use an existing mobile phone number. Most customers will provision new text-enabled phone numbers. We can text-enable existing landlines and, in some cases, may be able to text-enable an existing VOIP phone number.
Can I text internationally?
Not right now. Texting is currently only enabled in the US & Canada.
